Triston P. Pullen is a director, scenographer, playwright, and educator. He has been a part of the performing arts industry for 17 years. As a freelance director, his work has been seen in Santa Fe, North East Texas, Memphis, and New York City. In 2017, Pullen graduated from Santa Fe University of Art and Design, where he earned a BFA in Acting and a Minor in Scenic Design. In May of 2021, Pullen graduated from the University of Memphis earning his MFA in Directing. Pullen currently teaches at Texas A&M Commerce in the theatre department while working as a board member for the Walt Whitman Initiative in New York City and also serves as the Founder/Artistic Director of Studio 1621 in North East Texas.
